Zsófia Lázár

  • Ever since Zsófia was a little girl she has been interested in animals and horses.
  • She started to learn to ride at the age of 5, her first trainer was her father, Vilmos Lázár.
  • At the age of 11 she became the trainee of Erika Szeicz, horsewoman.

In 2012 she started to compete in competitions.

  • She is the three time Pony Club Hungarian Champion. 2014, 2015, 2016.) with her pony Sinbad. In 2017 she has won the championship of her age group as a team with Sinbad, and has won 2nd prize individually with riding on Jazzo’s back. She is a member of the Hungarian National Pony Team, and she has taken part of the European Pony Championship with Jazzo.
  • In the end of 2017 she became the team winner of the National Championship, and won 2nd prize in the pony category in the 25’s age group.
  • In 2018 she has achieved one of the best Hungarian result of her age group riding on Balerina Royal’s back at the European Championship in France.
