Lázár Lovaspark, one of Hungary’s most beautiful countryside venues, is expanding its team. We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and results-driven professional who enjoys challenges and excels in high-standard sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans, acquiring new clients
- Managing the team at the riding park, preparing schedules, tracking task completion, etc.
- Promoting the park’s services, events, and special offers
- Conducting and overseeing strategic campaigns, continuously monitoring and optimizing results
- Building relationships and collaborating with existing and new partners, clients
- Identifying new market opportunities, analyzing competitors
- Strengthening and increasing the visibility of the park’s brand
What We Expect:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the service sector (hospitality, hotels, etc.) is essential for this position. We are looking for a professional who has previously succeeded in a similarly challenging role, capable of developing strategies and effectively managing business development.
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
- Independence, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or leisure services is an advantage
- English language proficiency
